How do I find out the status of an issue with mobile interent in an area / postcode that is not my registered home postcode ?
The last three days the 4G has gone in my postcode where I am staying and only showing 2G / E. I tried to report the problem but it is looking up my home registered postcode, which is telling me there is no issue.
I have checked with a neighbour who is on the same EE network and they tell me they have had a text telling me the network is down and has been for three days, but they are no longer getting updates via text.
How do I get a status as not able to work, pick up emails etc ?

It's slightly different, and there's a few ways around, depending whether you're using the desktop website, or the mobile app, but the checker will always default to checking your registered postcode. Once the result is returned, there should be a link for "check another postcode"
2G should provide speed enough for very basic functions, but text emails might be it! Images & attachments won't last long.
