I have lost everything other than the internet as i am our home wifi, my partner is on EE and he can use his phone so it is bizarre that i can't, this has happened for 2 weeks now, is there a problem??

Have you tried restarting your phone? Are there any maintenance works in the area? You can check the status on our coverage checker.

If one EE phone is working and another isn't, in the same location, I'd suggest a 2way SIM-swap.
Put the working SIM in the non-working phone, and the non-working SIM in the working phone.
See if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the phone.
