I usually get a bad signal in work.. and have had for the last year or more of my contract. I'm leaving ee around December end of my contract. the issue is that there network is now so busy with bt using there 5 g network to boost home broadband when bt landlines go down which is quite a lot. Also now there sharing there network with quite a few reseller networks. I am now not getting any real signal when I'm in my car phone just tells me offline. They don't seem to care about there customers when you phone you get an automated service which goes nowhere.

Hi m8 this is specific to ee I am now in work using a prepaid Vodafone SIM and I have no issues able to play videos Access social media emails and teams no issues it's only 4g but works fine. Think this area for Vodafone is only 4 g ATM anyways

Hi I've been doing this for upwards of 8 months now to no avail. As I said Vodafone work better for me everywhere I am so my contract will be cancelled once it ends in December. I don't see ee even trying to pay me back for the rotten service I've had over the last 8 months they seem to just stick you in a constant chase of your tail trying to debunk there issues for them.

There are steps that must be followed and checked as part of a diagnostic test for this type of issue, @TutZ22.

I realise it can sometimes be time consuming, but I would recommend persisting with it so that our technical team can fully investigate.
