Poor data speeds on 4G

Worst and slowest network in the UK. EE is a joke… don’t be fooled by the false advertising they are not the fastest and they do not have the biggest coverage.

im sat here next to my wife who is on 3 network, she can use the internet and even tether her MacBook watch vids etc etc… My iphone 13 using EE and showing 4G can not do anything. Facebook doesn’t load, google search will not load, emails will not load… EE is crap.

Iv just come back from Knaresborough which showed 5G coverage, how ever my iPhone 13 showed 4G and the EE internet service was very very slow, Facebook unusable…

I would suggest getting in touch with our mobile care team on 150, they will get run through some troubleshooting to get this looked into for you.
