What are you meant to do in this situation if you are relying on your data as you dont have wifi?

It is a known issue, they have told me they can see that there is a signal issue where i work and they said they can do nothing about it so im just expected to pay a bill that i dont get any services for.

Do you only experience poor signal at your place of work or is this also at home?

Only at my work place, but im there 5 days a week for 10 hours so its abit ridiculous that apparently they cant do anything

Do you have access to WiFi whilst at work @leasheey?

no i dont, so this makes everything difficult..shocking that im expected to pay for a service i dont get
