Im having exactly the same problem. The most annoying thing is that i can't contact anyone especially EE to resolve this so ive now got to take time off work to get this sorted but being honest im having nothing but problems with this EE sim. It tells me on a regular basis i don't have enough credit to make this call not to mention it tells me every month my debit card payment hasn't gone through but why i don't know. I phone EE every month complaining but uere we go again. Nit only haven't they fixed it they have basically cut me off to replace the sim way too early as the replacement isn't here yet. I mean really? I pay £15 a month for nothing but hassle and now this.... Im sick of EE!
