Re: Is it just me or is ee phone signal poor

It's not just you. I've had poor signal since I moved to pevensey. I had a really good signal in towns but that seems to be reduced for some reason. I've done ALL the checks that EE say to do and still its poor. Every single tome I have tried the fault checker it's been down and then says to call them. When I check coverage for 5g it's ok outside and 4g is good in and out but that isn't the case. It's very frustrating.

There is nothing inherently wrong if the on-screen bars are reduced. In very simple terms, they are a rough guide to service but numerous factors are at play - sometimes lesser perceived coverage can mean better overall performance.

Are you having any specific issues using your phone?

No the signal  bars correctly relate to the signal strength i receive in and around my home. I have to use wifi when indoors. I tried another device buts its the same. I don't have any issues with the phone only reception.

No network offers 100% national indoor coverage, are you able to use WiFi-calling?
