EE don't seem bothered whether we have signal or not , I have been with them since the start have just bought another phone on O2 so I can actually receive calls Cleary enough is enough as soon as contract is out I will get pack codes and go well done EE not the best network by far

@Ashley255 No network has full uk blanket coverage and there will aways been black spots.

Is this a recent problem, that may be caused by a network issue? If so, selecting "check status" on the online coverage tool would be a good check.
If this is a long-standing issue, then all networks have coverage holes that can prove difficult to resolve for various reasons - but on a national basis, EE's network does regularly outperform others.
For any location where you have indoor coverage issues, WiFi-calling is an excellent solution and allows you to continue using your phone without any need for mobile coverage.
Providing more information about your specific issues may allow for some specific advice.

I work in SE1, close to the centre of London and EE signal in our office is the poorest of any network and has been for years while colleagues on O2 have full bars to make calls and browse data without any issues ever.
Just opened a technical fault query so let's see how I get on...
