Same here.network down,minimal signal and Internet none existent.what compensation do they give during these issues?.youve signed a contract for a service that has so many issues,surely the customer should receive something as an apology.theyre quick enough to contact you if you miss a payment,but when it comes to the customer losing out,there is no help whatsoever.ive already cancelled 2 of my accounts,and I have 3 remaining,which will also be cancelled as they finish.

Quick to contract you  and ask for bills but no services  being provided  I have been trapped  just like you

Temporary network outages are perfectly normal for all telecoms networks and almost impossible to prevent.

All networks' T&C allow for it.

They already told me they cant compensate even before I ask for it.. 🙂

Yea.. temporary cant last for weeks without any clue of what is happening.. today as well i got message that they didnt find any issue in my area though I continue to get speed in KBPS... 🙂
