I am away and suddenly I don't have network what's happening

@Macaanoow190   If you’re using a roaming network that network has nothing to do with EE.       But saying your away means what exactly?     

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Assuming you're in the UK, is this happening in a location you've had coverage previously?
