Good morning,
Off the back of this complaint. I've noticed this while I'm at work. My place of work is very remote to say the least, but when using the EE coverage checker for post code G76 0QQ, it states that I should have full and decent coverage including 4G.
Unfortunately, I can't so much as send a standard text message, let alone access any kind of online service.
Why would your coverage state that my network should be fine, if it's the complete opposite? I've tried changing settings, turning off 5G, checkings network settings, etc to no avail.
Any ideas?
Thanks, James.

Hi @AngryHaggis
Welcome to the community.
We're aware of a problem with the network in that area. If you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status', it will let you know more information and let you register for updates.
