4G data has been up and down (mostly down or else very slow) for weeks. Status checker just says there's a problem with no useful information and no link to further escalate in way. This is crippling for small businesses!

Can you access EE WiFi calling service over WiFi.

The status checker has an option to "keep me posted" which generates updates on a known fault until resolution, but it's true to say network issues will generally affect all users indiscriminately.

Most people use WiFi-calling when their broadband supplier is separate from mobile provision.
