Hi, I can't make any calls, it says emergency calls only, I keep switching off my phone and switching back on and the problem is still happening, can you please help? Thank you

Is the SIM pay as you go or pay monthly?
Does this show no signal in more than one area?
Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if you get signal?

My phone is pay monthly. My husband is an EE customer and he has service, I can't try his sim as he's currently at work

The problem is intermittent, it started a couple of weeks ago. I was in a different area this morning and was able to make a call. Its currently showing Ee, I'm calling my mobile from my work phone and it says the number is currently unavailable. I've now checked and its Emergency Calls only again!

Do we have any known problems showing for your area on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker if you enter your postcode and select 'check status'?

It would be good if you could try the SIM card in another device to see if the no signal follows the SIM or the phone to see what would be needed to get this sorted for you.
Are you near an EE Store you could visit and try this?
