Calls dropping out!

I'm experiencing similar.  And I've heard from others that EE reception has declined.  I can be showing 3 bars and constant call cutouts. I have WiFi calling on but not strongest of signals. I don't think it is my phone as same issue happened with previous new Samsung.

If you're having dropped calls with good coverage displayed, something is awry.

Does this only happen in one specific location, or is it more general?

Are you able to use mobile data whilst on a voice call?
