I have the same problem,
I was told there was a problem with the local mast, then I was told it's all fixed, it's made no difference at all, still have 4G or 5G showing with signal, but internet does not work or it is incredibly slow.

is your phone showing VoLTE/4G-calling next to the signal indicators? Or are you seeing 2G/3G instead?
Does it make any difference if you manually force 2G/3G via your phone's connection settings? It's not ideal long-term but would be a useful test
