Poor , sorry very very poor signal.

Can’t believe EE are charging me for this absolutely shocking **bleep** service. I’ve called them many times to complain….. and it’s never their fault. It’s getting worse and worse . But again it’s not their fault . I’ve reset the phone and had new SIM cards and guess what ???? . Nothing has changed. I’m better off with two paper cups and a long piece of string .

@Mikeellis74  Have you used THIS to see if there is an issue in your area ? You need to click the check status tab.    

Is this issue indoors or outside? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I’ve tried everything you can , reset the phone …. Master reset the phone … new sim . Made no difference at all. Just a very very poor network which is getting worse.

EE is possibly the worse network out there . They just lie about things when you ring up and complain.

When you use the signal checker, is it showing that you have any signal in your area, and if so, what does it say for your indoor and outdoor signal?

@Mikeellis74  Did you try the link I provided?   You still haven’t answered the question is this indoors or outside?     Im not asking have to tried anything with the device directly like resets.
