So I just joined EE mainly as there is an EE transmitter beside work. It’s literally about 400m away if even. When outdoor full reception, indoors which is a glorified tin shed signal drops to 1-2 bars even being so close to the transmitter. Is this normal? Never had this on Vodafone

@Dj1981 the building is is having an effect on the signal. You still have a working signal even with 1-2 bars

The bands & carriers used on that site will also have an impact, but as mentioned - the bars on your phone screen are only a rough guide and hide some complex calculations.
Are you having any problems using your phone, or is this just an issue of perceived service quality?
