I've been with ee for since the beginning after being with one to one then 02 , network has always been great and never had an issue until now, my old Samsung s9plus smashed so had to run in to an ee shop to get one, my old phone had been on sim only for 4 years great deal..

Wanted the same sorry of phone but wasn't willing to have my **bleep** slapped pain 103 per month for less than I got before just to get an s23 or iPhone 14 that's a bloody rip off opted for a53 and was told I would be on the same contract, liar he was in now paying for roaming at 2.30 a day as I work abroad a lot, last bill was 84 quid,   yet 02 is half of that fee roaming and cheaper contracts...

Time to leave ee think they've got very very greedy and now they've just put the bill up by 4 percent

Hi @Chrisw1

Welcome to the community.

When you check your price plan in your My EE account, is it the same price as agreed in store?

High-end phones do come with 4-figure pricetags these days.

If you're travelling in the EU frequently, the Roam Abroad pass at £15/month will be cheaper than paying the £2.29 daily charge
