Phone mast location in use?

Hi,

Im looking to buy a house. However there is a EE phone mast area sectioned off next to the house. There is no longer a mast there, however I was wondering where I could get any information of them putting a new mast up? There hasn't been one there since 2020.

Sounds like this may have been a previous site that's been decommissioned.

The site wouldn't have been decomissioned without due consideration. Only your Land Registry deeds will confirm for sure, but it's likely a spare plot of land now.

I don't know for certain, but I very much doubt any network would go to the expense of decomissioning a site only to then change their mind a few years later. The process is far from cheap, and is only done after careful radio planning considerations.

What's your reason for wanting a new site in this location?

I'm looking to buy a house who's boundaries lay next to an old mast site. So I don't want them to put another mast up. 

Just looking at all options before I buy.
