I bought iPhone 16 pro max recently unfortunately, the signal (network connection) is not working properly. I have been reported multiple times to the EE shop assistants however they didn’t fix it.
I could not work my job because of connection (signal).

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by "the signal is not working properly"?

Is this happening when you are indoors and outdoors?
Our Network Checker will show what coverage you should receive within your area. Please can you search and let us know what shows for 4G and 5G?

@Haider16 Is that an EE store ? Users here are customers just like you. And we all don’t live in the same location.
have you tried to network reset on the device ? if you’ve done this and you’re still having problems you have 12 days from getting the device to going back to the store and reporting it as faulty and exchanging the device for a new one. That’s your right with a faulty device and the store should be helping with this.
