I bought iPhone 16 pro max recently unfortunately, the signal (network connection) is not working properly. I have been reported multiple times to the EE shop assistants however they didn’t fix it.
I could not work my job because of connection (signal).

@Haider16 have you tried cleaning the SIM card take it out give it a wipe and put it back in.

Can you confirm if you experience this both indoors and outdoors in multiple areas?

Instinctively this sounds like a phone fault, but SIM or network wouldn't be impossible.
Phone or SIM would be indiscriminate and affect all locations - a 2way SIM-swap would ID which. Network fault is likely to be location-specific.
Your mention that this problem happened when you got a new phone, is quite telling.
