Hello @Leanne_T, I'll take a lift together with this post and mention that I'm also having issues, probably since 1am today.
I tried everything that I could from my mobile side - restarted it, airplane mode on and off, network data on and off, restarting the sim, but nothing seems to have worked.
Can you please support me and check if there's a network problem to my SIM.

I tried to use the online status web tool but keeps giving an error. Does it mean it is out?

Do you signal showing on the device?
