Outgoing calls

Hi,

I can receive phone calls but cannot make any phone calls? Not even 150 to report. Any known issues?

Turned off phone 3 times, even took out the SIM and re inserted...but still get an engaged tone when ringing out...

Hi Leanne, I have done a restart but no affect. I also checked the coverage issues and it said there is a known problem in my area which could take up to 16hrs to resolve! Really unhappy as work from home and use mobile to contact builders etc.

What is the issue?

If you have an issue in the area, you can sign up for updates on the coverage checker and the network team will message you when they have an update or further details.

I appear to be having the same issue as everyone else on multiple threads across this forum. I'd just like to know what is causing this and if 16hrs is reflective of what is required to resolve the issue.
