So I have been waiting for important calls and texts but just think they will come sooner or later
I now discover that when people are calling me apparently my ozone is switched off, no texts getting through
Missing important calls for work
So I have just spent the best part of 90 mins 2 separate calls to ee, and still no resolution
My phone is as I should be no blocks the sim card is in correctly it has been reset
If I hear just a moment or just 2 secs or bare with me, I'll just put you on hold again I will scream
Just excuses that you really don't know what's wrong but we will just pretend as to make me think that you are actually doing something
I've just told you if not dorted by end of day Direct debit will be cancelled

Have you recently ported your number over?
Are you using EE WiFi calling or mobile network? What device do you have?
I would not recommend cancelling your direct debit, but that is your choice.

If you send a text message to yourself, does it arrive OK?
Do incoming calls reach your phone if you're already on another call - i.e. they trigger call waiting rather than ringing?
