EE is down at S5 has been since Friday routers say live but no actual Wi-Fi

EE says that all the masts say it’s live if more people don’t report it they won’t send anyone out to check it ! I can’t watch anything without as I’m fire sticks only and there is no signal

@Hides46   You obviously have an internet connection as you’re posting on here.    

 Is that fire stick connected to a fixed line broadband ?   If it is that has nothing todo with a cellular mast and it’s your fixed line that has an issue.

Do you have an EE mobile, and if so - is that showing coverage?

I'm unsure if you're reporting a problem with EE's mobile network or your home broadband.
