Not getting notifications of calls/messages

There recently was a network problem with EE in my area. There was no signal at all for a couple of days but then I got a message to say the problem had now been fixed. Ever since, my phone sometimes doesn’t ring when I get a call. I get no notification of messages until hours later. This happens with WhatsApp too. I’ve tried all the usual turning off/on, a hard reset, checking settings, turning off WiFi calling, etc. Nothing has helped. I’ve missed a very important call from the hospital about my surgery so I can’t tolerate this any longer. Does anyone know what the problem could be or will I have to change to a different network?

Those tests prove that your phone is using 4G-calling, otherwise known as VoLTE.

I would recommend logging examples of failed calls and reporting those to CS - try some test calls to your mobile from another phone, if it would help.

Do you know any other EE users locally, and are they having similar issues? You can try re-enabling WiFi-calling, but I suspect if coverage is sufficient, it won't make any difference. Something to eliminate though.
