@Tigerking4  Try using WiFi calling by enabling it on your phone.  No network will guarantee a signal within your home or any building.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did you have coverage in this house before, like when you viewed your new home?

The flippant answer to "how do I get signal" is to build a radio mast within a short distance, but that is - literally - the best answer. Hence asking whether it had signal before. I presume you moving in, wasn't the first time you'd been there.

Chris is right though, WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone. Calls, texts, neither of which need any coverage.

This did not work it was turned on.also I have bt Wi-Fi but my phone does not work!? No calls or txt in or out

@Tigerking4  WiFi calling just needs a WiFi connection it doesn’t matter who your broadband provider is.    Can you try enabling airplane mode and then switch WiFi back on your device with WiFi calling enable.   If this doesn’t work it be be worth calling customer support to make sure this service is enabled on your account ( it should be ) but there has been occasions when it’s not been enabled on a customers account.

move to a new provider if you don't get signal inside your home. My mother's house is the same in some rooms I have to go outside with my EE sim. Find out the indoor coverage on the top mobile providers in your area and get a new sim with them. I have two now that I switch between for this reason.

This my be good advice for some users, but shouldn't be taken as a blanket recommendation.

I get poor coverage in some rooms of my home, and non-existent service in a couple of close relatives. But EE's overall network service, in my experience, is better than alternative options, and WiFi-calling provides full indoor coverage in those poor locations.

Individual users need to make the best choice for their individual needs, bearing in mind that 100% national indoor coverage is unlikely to ever be an offer from a single network operator.
