No signal

I moved house 2 weeks ago and I get no bar signal in the new house can only use Wi-Fi does anyone know what’s wrong or how I can get any?

@Tigerking4  Try using WiFi calling by enabling it on your phone.  No network will guarantee a signal within your home or any building. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did you have coverage in this house before, like when you viewed your new home?

The flippant answer to "how do I get signal" is to build a radio mast within a short distance, but that is - literally - the best answer. Hence asking whether it had signal before. I presume you moving in, wasn't the first time you'd been there.

Chris is right though, WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone. Calls, texts, neither of which need any coverage.
