I have been with you for about 2 an hath weeks I can't get any network outside or in doors I am about 1 mile nr phone mast when I speak to anyone they say I broke up If I want talk to someone I have go out of my area I got samsung galaxy a21s  I have try in different phone .as I need my phone as I got disabled girl

Is this a recent problem? Are these locations where your phone has previously worked?

Having lack of coverage across multiple areas would tend to suggest a phone fault rather than network one.

Do you know any other EE users locally, and if so do they have similar problems?
