Signal checker reports no issues and signal good indoors and out.
Unable to receive or make calls inside my house, if they do connect unable to hear anything. No bars showing on my phones I have Apple iPhone 11 Pro and Samsung s21.
Very disappointed as checker clearly states good signal in area. Pls advise what us wrong?

Yes we have WiFi calling but receiving calls is more the issue. I know EE can't 'guarantee' signal but why put signal as good on checker site, now that's misleading.
Signal outside front door is better which is awkward to have to go outside to answer phone.
I'm on pay monthly and have tried numerous times to reboot phones but still no signal!
No trees or tall building in road or nearby.

@Debpea66 ,this is why phones now have wifi calling. Do you have broadband at home?
How is the signal outside your signal?
EE cannot guarantee signal in buildings, and for that matter neither can any network.
Are there any buildings or trees that might be blocking the signal?
Have you tried rebooting your phone to see if signal is there?
Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract?
If pay as you go, when did you last use your phone for making a chargeable call or text?

@Debpea66 , have you spoken to EE, not sure they can help either. Surprised receiving calls over wifi is an issue.
What speed is your internet and how far away from the router are you when receiving calls or making them?
If you have a laptop or IPad from Apple, you should be able to make and receive calls, so long as you enable wifi calling on them.

Hi @Debpea66
I don't think it's misleading. EE cannot take into account the construction of every house in the country or what electronic interference maybe caused by people's other gadgets. The coverage checker is a guide not a guarantee.
If you can use EE WiFi calling service then you have coverage.
Thanks

WiFi has excellent speed but I can't determine how people call me. If they call using mobile network, I try to answer and call fails!

Coverage checker not much help then really. So all pot luck if it works unless you have a mast in your street. 🙄

WiFi-calling works for incoming as well as outgoing calls.
Is the WiFi-calling indicator, or signal bars, shown on your phone when calls are failing?
Are those signal indicators, 4G/VoLTE or sonething else?
