Hi I’m sick/tired of having no mobile reception in post code ne20 9rq , the checker says it’s aware of problem and is taking longer than expected I have logged a complaint with customer svc’s , which were as much use as a chocolate firegaurd .
if ee claim to have the best coverage the ceo of ee needs to come to this post code area and see for him/ herself to see how bad it is ?, get it fixed please 2- plus months is not acceptable to be updating people of it not sorted

The fact of the matter is that I should not have to pay for a poor mobile signal in my area when other people on different networks don’t have same issues ?
All networks have good & bad coverage areas, and similarly all have protracted outages in particular locations from time-to-time. To avoid all outages and poor coverage areas with a single network is near impossible!
No-one would suggest WiFi-calling provides full service outdoors, but many users aren't aware of the service - which does provide mitigation indoors.

Still not working at post code ne23 6yd , 4 bar strength in phone the caps E next to bars , phone cannot be used to acces apps in shops ( a waste of time being with EE at present because I am also still waiting for the techs to fix mast in post code ne20 9rq
so EE do think I should not be refunded on my plan for the poor svc I am receiving ????

Thanks for coming back to the community.
Have you registered for updates for both areas on the coverage and status checker?

This is a different issue. You have described a lack of 4G coverage but good 2G service. I'd recommend the status checker for this.

Was asked to ring 150 which I did spoke to Morgan tech side he got me to check settings on phone and see what coverage it was on I said roaming g and 3G he said was there a option to change to 4g I said yes so clicked on it ? He said it should work now and reception should get better in days to come ?
well it’s working so far so ! Yes good , can’t understand why phone does not look for that signal when it’s on roaming and automatic settings
post code area fir home is still not working so he has offered money back for poor svc as it’s not acceptable that I have no mobile reception at Ne209rq
at least some good has come out of it

Roaming has no relevance in the UK - the term refers to your phone being used abroad.

Still not working expecting another fib off email or txt and another date ? Will be ringing customer complaints up again for reimbursement of money for poor svc again and will continue to until it’s fixed
