Hi, ive been unable to make or receive calls now for a couple of months, I tried to contact EE before on 150 by walking half a mile from my house but he needed me to be in my house to check the network. The tech told me that there were only 1 of 4 mobile masts working in my area but online it says no issues and good signal in my area...
How do I contact EE tech support ? There used to be online chat and email options but it seems these have now gone...
I see you can request call back but with no signal how does that work?
If it doesn't get sorted im going to have to move provider its affecting my work

EE CS have never had an email address, live chat is available for pay-monthly customers via the myEE app.
I'd be a little sceptical of anyone claiming that amount of disruption to mobile service, if the status checker says there are no reported issues I'd be minded to believe that.
If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Thats what the technician who i spoke to via tech support told me, just stating what I was told.
Every time I select help it just gives me a number.
Wifi calling is activated but thats not working either, I did hear the carrier has to activate it, I used to have it about 6months ago but since August ive never been able to see it being used although its active

I can totally believe that's what the CS agent you spoke to, said! "Technician" is an interesting term for customer-facing CS staff, though.. Out of curiosity, and if you're willing to post this on a public forum, what's the area you're in? Feel free to be as vague or precise as you're comfortable.
WiFi-calling is generally active by default, and if you used it in the past, there's no reason for it not to work now. Are you able to use WiFi for other internet-based functions? Assuming it's enabled in your phone settings, does it work on any other WiFi routers?

😂
Thanks, i live in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
Only thing i can think of is that Samsung did an update to move Wifi calling from wifi settings to the phone app itself, so whether that's the issue or whether EE has stopped me using Wifi calling i couldn't tell you. all other Wifi functions work, i can make receive calls over whatsapp, browse internet etc via wifi.
Although the wifi icon is present i seem to remember seeing 'wifi calling' in the top right corner when it was in use.
where in the app can i get live chat i maybe being blind

For as long as I can remember, Samsung have had WiFi-calling in the phone app - despite many help files advising otherwise.
Under Android 15/UI-7, the icon has been removed from the status bar unless you swipe down to show "settings" and it's un-hidden.
