No signal for 6 days.

I had a message saying work would be done in my town and it may affect my service for 3 days from the 5th of November, it is now 6 days later and I still have no signal. Your help pages only show phone numbers for contact which is quite useless in my situation.

When will I get my phone signal back?

Welcome to the Community, @tehteh 😊

As @bristolian has mentioned here, it's definitely worth submitting a problem report on the network status checker page if you haven't already.

Occasionally if your serving site is operating normally, but there are issues in the wider area, you can notice a decrease in service quality due to the increased congestion on the remaining sites.

A full loss of service wouldn't be expected here, though.

If you still remain unsure, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our technical team, and they can take a more detailed look at what's happening.

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.

Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker  in the first instance, to check for local service outages. The "report a problem" link should be used if no issues are reported but EE users continue to have issues.A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Thanks, restarting the phone and toggling flight mode were the first two things I tried. Service status says excellent coverage and no known network problems in this area. WiFi calling might work but it's not really solving the issue.

If service status says no issues, and you have a loss-of-coverage, I suggest using the "report a problem" link to provide further details.

WiFi-calling provides mitigation against indoor coverage issues whenever they occur, and for whatever reason.
