No signal been very bad now for few weeks even with 5G

I’m in Rainham uk signal with EE 5G been very bad for over a few weeks now, are all EE customers experiencing this problem or is it just me my phone is new just couple months ago, Iv had nothing but signal issues sites and messages not loading missing calls unable to make calls, are our signals been hacked ? What has happened it’s quite annoying I have important emails I need to respond to but am unable,  this is not a good service EE please say this will be fixed soon

The purpose of 5G is not to improve coverage levels, the 4G network is considered the base layer.
