No signal UK

Good morning!  I strangely have no signal this morning but others in my office on EE do?  I can't activate wifi calling either so can't phone EE to see what the issue is?  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?  I have had a look and there doesn't appear to be a chat function on the EE website for me to use?

Have you restarted your phone? 

Is this in the one area that you have no signal showing?

What's stopping you from activating WiFi-calling?

The other troubleshooting would be to do a 2way SIM-swap with a working phone, and see if the problem follows your SIM or remains with your phone.

Yeah I did restart and there is reception in the area, turns out EE deactivated my sim for some reason?! Sorted now thanks 

Wifi calling is not working either, and I don’t have another SIM to try but it turns out that EE had deactivated my SIM in error - they are sending out a new message  one
