Hi, I have not been able to use my network since yesterday. What could likely be the problem. pls I need an answer ASAP. Thanks

@Tolulope2  Have you had a look at THIS and click the check status tab ? 
Please don’t demand an answer ASAP it’s a public forum. 

 Have you tried restarting the device?
what device is it ?

are you contract or PAYG ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i am sorry about that, I am on contract and I started yesterday but I have not been able to use my internet since then

I have tried restarting my device many times, still not working
