@JeannieDee    You need to use THIS but click the check service status tab and then you still need to report the issue even if it comes back a no issue when you check that area.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris, but I do this on a regular basis. Only data is when I use my home wifi. Even the Surbiton shop did it whilst I was there in the shop.

On 3rd July reported to EE. The EE Tech team told me to go to the shop, to check my phone was ok. When I was there numerous customers came into the shop . We all had the same problem. So it wasn't my new phone(6 months old).

EE tech team reset my phone, when I had a 15min call with them earlier, and checked all the great on my account

Yet the EE checker showed good service & 5g cover whilst in the shop. Even a guy who was talking to his sister while driving to visit her, lost signal the moment he drove into Surbiton....thats why he came into the shop.

Whats going on KT6 area???

I am experiencing the same problems I think since I did the same and did a new monthly plan. My phone has been checked and it is fine...not the phone. I am doing another complaint to EE

We have the same issues in Surbiton. Went the the EE shop in Surbiton on 3rd July as I could not make a call/no data.

Shop lots of customers coming on with the same problems. I have reported to EE, but suggest you do too. There is clearly a problem, The shop used the EE checker and it came up as no problems/ great service on 5g.....absolute rubbish!! Whilst I was in the shop, other customers came in with the same problem. So there is a EE service issue

We have the same issue in Surbiton.  And I cannot seem to get an answer, Even the EE shop could not help. They did a system checker whilst i was there and it came up  as  no problems / all good with 5g signal, Its Rubbish. Lots of others came into the shop to report the same problems. Phone EE to report.

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" link which predicts normal service in any given area. You should use the "check service status" link to search for known issues in the same locality.

Just quick update. Spoke to Beth from EE Tech team. There is a problem with the masts in the community , and EE are working on it. She said it could take a few days. Use my home wifi as much as possible till then.

At least we now know that EE are aware that there is a problem!! . I wish EE could let customers know as  the Service checker is clearly incorrect!!

Hope my update will be of some help
