This may be a local coverage issue which you can check using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
If not, you can check for account-specific issues by calling 0800 0798586 from another phone.

Same issue - having to use my second sim on RWG mobile (NVMO on EE) to ring 150 - they're being inendated with calls/tweets

Something going odd with the SIM cards it seems, as the coverage checker reports no issues

All is fixed today, no idea what happened, any idea @Christopher_G
My service came back slowly around 8pm, firstly it connected to EDGE, the 3G for about 30 minutes, then 4G
Meanwhile my RWG Mobile sim had 4G, so it couldn't have been a mast issue as it also runs on EE

I really don't know, @Kirigaya_Kazuto. It sounds like you've lost the connection to the network somehow. I'm glad you're back up and running. 🙂

Yeah services resumed few hours after last night, I tried restarting my phone a few times and reset sim etc and didn't work. God knows what happened isn't good that I missed an important phone call though 👎
