We have had no mobile signal in Portree for 5 weeks. Keep getting updates every two weeks stating can’t get access to mast then need a specialist team to climb mast. Completely unacceptable service from a company that advertises how good they are.

This is the best way to stay up to date with any issue ongoing.

Unfortunately some site faults turn out to be more complex than initially thought, and may involve needing additional permissions and/or a tower-climb.
These issues affect all network operators.
