Do you have WiFi/broadband at your new home? WiFi-calling is EE's preferred solution for any indoor coverage problems.

Was this reduction in coverage evident when you viewed your new home?

Hi
Thanks for comment yes I have checked there’s no coverage in the area and the Wi-Fi calling isn’t really the answer I was wondering could ee boast the signal ?
Thanks

@VickiLangley1 , are you having signal issues indoors or outside as well?

May I ask why wifi calling is not the answer? EE cannot be responsible for the signal indoors, as there are many factors that can cause this.

Have you actually reported it? Are you out in the sticks? Not sure about EE boosting the signal quite frankly. Are you able to see whereabouts the nearest signal is? Could be trees, buildings etc, in the way.

If boosting the signal was as easy as this, EE would have the basis for complete blanket coverage of the entire country, indoors and out. I'm sure they'd love the marketing boost that would give!!
