I can't use my phone Internet unless at home ,I can't make calls at all .comes up with no network,,, done coverage check in my area and thats fine its driving me mad any help would be fab TYI ,,,,uk

@Minimerc if it’s not reporting an issue when you click the check status tab on the coverage checker then it sounds like you might have a faulty Sim card. Can you try this in another device ? Or perhaps another EE Sim card in your device ? you probably need to request a replacement SIM card provided a different EE sim works in your device.

If your phone has no network coverage, that will cause issues with calls & texts (unless you have WiFi-calling) but certainly mobile data.
It also sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option rather than "check status" for known outages.
Do other EE users have a similar problem in your location? Do you have this problem just in one location or several? Those are good tests as to whether this is a network issue or phone/SIM-related.
