Can anyone help as I can't even contact EE I am unable to text or ring from my phone in spain yet roaming is all set up

@Moonsuzanne   So you text ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I wasn't aware I had to as I have the roaming abroad pass as an add on

Hello @Moonsuzanne. 

Purchasing the roaming add-on does not automatically enable roaming, this will need to be activated to be able to use your phone abroad. 

Our customer care team will be able to activate this for you. 

Are you with someone who possibly has a phone you can use to contact us?
