No network in SW18 Area

Hi there, does anyone know what is happening with EE. I have to use WiFi calling for the last 3days. From the moment I step outside my home the network is gone. I can not receive calls and can not dial.. no data too… it’s nightmare!

I am sorry to hear this. 

Have you been able to check your area status using the Network Status Checker? this will show of any known issues or maintenance and give you the ability to report a problem.

Hi Katie, yes, there were issues in the area but I was not aware as the network was down for 4 days. I did not have any signal and could check what’s happening. I could not reach EE because the network was down, and whenever I would call using WiFi calling, EE customer service would tell me the system is down so they can not check my mobile, which was frustrating! No apology offered for the inconvenience caused. Running a business and not having network has been a nightmare!l for the past 4 days!

I am very sorry to hear you have had signal issues over the past 4 days. 

Do you have signal in the area now or is the work ongoing to fix the problem?
