Hi there. I am currently in Shetland with no mobile data at all. When will this be resolved and will I receive a refund for not getting internet as this is unacceptable without notice.

Are you able to check the postcode on our coverage checker? If you hit 'check status', it will let you know if we're aware of any problems in the area. If we're not aware of a problem, it will let you report one so that our network team can investigate.
If you would like to discuss compensation, I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team.

Is your phone showing mobile coverage? If you have no service, then that will cause a loss of calls, texts & mobile data.
Out of interest, where on Shetland are you? No network guarantees a fault-free service 24/7, and un-planned outages are unavoidable from time-to-time.
