Hi, I'd like to know why no mobile network in Llangefni last days. It's awful, I use mobile internet and I missed my online classes yesterday and today. I paid for it but haven't received any service

Add me to the list of people wondering. It’s getting a bit ridiculous now, I realise nothing can be 100% up all the time but going back in my texts I have 6 ‘there is a problem in your area’ messages several of which have taken more than a day to resolve. We have a seriously ill family member and consistent phone service is necessary so that we can keep in touch with the nurses

Hi @User1313 and @Stoneware
Welcome to the community.
The network status checker will tell you if we're aware of any issues in your area, and should give you a rough timescale, if we have one.
If you would like us to look into what's happening in your area in a bit more detail, I recommend getting in touch with our technical support team, so they can check it for you.
Also, WiFi Calling may help you keep connected, if you are having issues with your mobile service.

Hi, I don't know why there has been no mobile connection for two days and how long it will last. When I checked network I see it...

I think we have all joined this forum to provided with the information you are telling us we need to contact technical support about. It would be handy to know how when we can’t make any calls! Wi-Fi callings is intermittent on my phone even when stood by the rooter.! This is because your transmitter keeps fluctuating from poor signal to none at all! It’s disgusting! We will expect serious compensation for this disgusting non-service!!

It's definitely a known issue when you do a service status check, they sent me a text saying it should have been fixed in 9 hours and that was 7am on Monday
WiFi calling is a good idea in theory but, and I can't speak for people closer to town, given the crappy upload speed of my fixed broadband (0.3MBps apparently) it doesn't go that well and it doesn't help at all if you are actually mobile or using a EE sim for your internet like @User1313
Ironically enough I've just started a Data only SIM with EE this last month, where all the downtimes have happened, to see if it would be any good. Not going great so far.

So I called them yesterday and the advisor said that all three towers covering the area are down, one completely dead and waiting for parts, apparently there was a 3-4 days wait for the part but that was an estimate at best. Got a text last night that the engineers would be returning to fit the parts to resolve the fault and the next update would be 14th Nov, which implies that it won't be done by then maybe? I'm getting a different providers Data SIM for a month I think

Hopefully this is all sorted soon for you.
