Have had absolutely no mobile coverage since the weekend . Received a text last week to say work would be done on Friday which may lead to some disruption. Don’t know what happened but not had any coverage since. Reported it and EE said they are working on it. Been almost a week and not able to make any calls or use mobile data. Extremely frustrating and seemingly no urgency to get this issue fixed. Absolutely appalling service.

Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with signal longer than expected.
You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
Alternatively you can call our customer service team where a guide in the technical department will be able to check the latest updates on the work in your area, and any information of unexpected delays.
In the mean time I'd recommend restarting your device, as well as setting up WIFI calling in your phone if you haven't done so already.
