Toggling airplane mode is a valid check when you've lost coverage, but for slow data.. great urban myth, which very rarely has any effect.

Is this slow data unique to a particular location, or a general one?

Hi @vorukoleb

Depending on your location but generally it is due to poor network infrastructure.

Thanks

It’s mostly on all Tottenham Court Road all around station, mostly all Soho and everywhere where is crowded. I think is not enough internet for everyone and it’s constantly disconnect you. Few of my friends experience same.

There's a significant micro-cell deployment around the Shaftesbury Avenue/Charing Cross Road area, also at the junction with New Oxford St & around Dean Street.

Hi @vorukoleb.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If it is happening in different locations, it is worth speaking to our tech guides so they can look at each area to see if there is anything impacting the coverage in the areas and if not, run a diagnostic to look at it further.

You can see how to reach our team on our Contact Us page.
