Hi, I am a proud user of EE network, but since yesterday I have moved to a new location at N16, stoke newington area. My internet is worse than ever. This has never happened to me since I have joined EE. I am here at Zone 2 of Central London but the network seems like I am in woods with no reception at all. The speed test shows 0.4 mb/s even in outdoor areas. I have my friends who uses other carrier they have at least 10mb/s going with a single bar of 5g. I pay a premium money to EE for this unlimited package. But if this is normal EE coverage at this area, then I will surely end and switch to another provider.

Hi @ChiefBandit
It could be a local network issue, check below:

Thanks

All networks have good and bad coverage areas, EE certainly isn't immune from having poor areas. The premium prices that EE charge, do tend to reflect overall network service.
This should mean that overall poor service areas should be fewer and farther between, and the network should still be more usable in those poor areas than others might be. And that, on the whole, the network is more reliable in more places.
Out of interest, is there anywhere specific in Stoke Newington that you're having issues?
