Does anyone know if service down? The tool on the EE website to look isn't working. I think I have a problem with my phone, but Plan.com say it's the service! Going round in circles

EE users can check for local service outages using the "check status" section of https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
What's the problem you have with using this tool? How about the underlying problem with your phone?
