EE Phone signal has been ZERO for 2 months up our road

Dear EE,

with the greatest respect, your service has been rubbish for the past 2 months or more - up our street we (The brunette and I) get NIL BARS and can not make nor receive calls nor texts (texts vvery occaisionally).

I have tried to complain but your complaints system is always down (try again another time) and of course I can not ring you because we have no signal.

We have to walk all the way to the bottom of the road before we get any bars on the signal doohicky.

Your status thing on the web says there are no problems - clearly you are under a serious misaprehension.

I have been with you since your days as Hutchison but if you can't fix this we are gone.

Kind Regards

D6

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

We have BT Broadband - how do I get WIFI-Calling?

WiFi-calling works over any broadband connection. If your phone has a working WiFi-connection, WiFi-calling is enabled on your phone's menus, and you have no network coverage, then it will kick-in automatically.

Thank you,

however, my phone Sony Xperia XA2 does not seem to have a menu option for the fabled "WiFi Calling"

It is not an old phone - probably only 8-10 years old and seems to do everything except connect to EE phone signal when at home.
